Good location in 15 min walk from the Luban Road metro station. The breakfast is great! We stayed not far from our favorite places such as the bund. Jing'an is a district that deserves exploring.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities and room advantages fulfilled all our needs. the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were well-maintained and provided a relaxing experience.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the Snack bar - the options were limited. However, there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby the location we stayed, so it was not a significant issue.

This hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs and more with exclusive amenities like the indoor swimming pool, sauna and spa centre. the service was exceptional, with staff always going above and beyond to meet our requests. the restaurant served delicious meals and the in-room breakfast was a great touch.
The only minor issue we encountered was the bar/lounge area, which could have had a wider selection of drinks on offer. Nevertheless, the staff were pleasant and made up for any shortfall in variety.

The room was really spacious and comfortable. The fitness center is one of the best I've seen, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was great for me as a runner, with a walking/running path just outside the hotel.
The breakfast was a bit limited in options, but it was still nice. The hotel is a bit far from central Shanghai, about a 15-minute walk to the closest subway, so it takes a bit of time to get to the center. The water temperature could have been hotter, but it wasn't a major issue. it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent value for money during promotion offer. Excellent facilities. Good porter services and especially the business executive lounge on the top floor is excellent for discussing business. Will choose no other hotel is I can get back the same rate I paid for during my stay.
Do not have downtown van for the guests who wanted to visit downtown for shopping as the place is not near any shopping mall, food outlets or convenient stores.

The hotel was very clean with great facilities, lovely breakfast, and friendly staff. I enjoyed sitting in the cafe with a hot cup of tea. The hotel's location next to the river was amazing with beautiful views and nice walks. It was also situated in an interesting area with a local Chinese population.
Couldn't fault.

The hotel is excellant for business travellers. It is slightly away from the busy business district, but it is good since it gives a quiet amibience around the hotel. Location wise it is well located and covenenient to travel to most locations in Shanghai. The food is quite good and the service excellant.

It's a brand new hotel, with very modern and comfortable rooms. Bathrooms are spectacular.
Because it's a new hotel (built for the Shanghai 2010 Expo) none of the taxi drivers knew its location.
